Sales Coordinator & Office Manager

The Role 

You will be supporting the USA team and the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post sales action. You will be responsible for the following:

Lead Generation: manage and crystalize market information including prospects, suppliers, service providers and other market players; generate leads for sales team from various sources and tools

Customers and prospects data management: assisting with reports and forecasts for management and team.

Post sales coordination: liaise logistics, marketing and finance with customers. Provide ad-hoc response to customers’ requests.

Administration and team support: front line phone/email response, virtual office management, various administrative and sales-support tasks, administration support to the C-level, such as calendar management, travel arrangements among others

 Reporting to the USA leader   


  • Provide back-office support to the USA team
  • Ability to work with various Data Bases, formats and supporting IT tools (merge, convert, sort, extract etc.) to support the sales team lead generation efforts.
  • Support marketing & sales campaigns on social media
  • Manage calendar, scheduling and follow up actions as needed. 
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for USA team as applicable
  • Assist with general office tasks, including ordering and maintaining office and team supplies. 
  • Support departmental projects as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, IT, marketing)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support or similar roles
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment. 
  • Strong customer-service communication skills for internal and external. 
  • Positive attitude, good communicator, proactive and flexible  
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and change course of action quickly.         
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills. 
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and DB tools  
  • Can handle confidential and non-routine information.
